We worked this Saturday on the race, display trailer what did you do?
The trailer was originally designed as “roach coach” to serve food and had this gosh awful 7 foot by 4 foot BIG window on the side so people could step up and order food. I looked ugly and totally screwed up our ad space for our Sponsors. So, it had to be cleaned up!
Our mission was to strip down the old cladding on the trailer, .0.40 Aluminum skin and then cover and replace the window with solid sheet, smooth clean sheet. This was our mission and I think we achieved it!
The day went pretty well stripping, cutting welding and drilling screws all day. Did I mention it is Florida, and everyone ( except us) know every afternoon it rains. So we did have to put up with getting wet a little and it did delay the project for hour or two.
